We provide website design and development services as described on this site and in individual project proposals. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in the proposal or agreement provided to the client.
3. Pricing & payment
- Package prices listed on this site are starting points; final pricing is confirmed in your project proposal.
- Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due at agreed milestones or at launch.
- Late payments may pause project work until resolved.
4. Money-back guarantee
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility depends on project stage and work already completed — details are confirmed in your proposal.
5. Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on the client providing requested content, feedback, and approvals in a reasonable timeframe. Delays on the client's side may affect the project timeline.
6. Intellectual property & ownership
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website and its custom code transfers to the client, except for any third-party tools, stock assets, or licensed software used in the build, which remain subject to their own licenses.
7. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of feedback rounds, outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond that scope may incur extra cost.
8. Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver high-quality, reliable work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
Either party may end a project agreement as described in the individual proposal or contract. Work completed up to that point remains payable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
